Digital product licence

1. Licensor and scope

This licence is issued by Good Disorder - Miriam Everding & Alexandra Martin GbR, Fürstenwall 41, 40219 Düsseldorf, Germany (“Good Disorder”, “we”).

It applies to the downloadable template or tracker identified in your order, where these terms were made available and agreed before purchase. It does not cover subscriptions, hosted applications, consulting or custom services. Your product description and any individually agreed terms remain part of the agreement; individually agreed terms take precedence.

2. Your permission to use the product

Following a valid purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the purchased version for your own private purposes and together with members of your household. The licence has no fixed expiry date, subject to lawful termination or reversal of the purchase.

You may save the files on devices you control, make reasonable backup copies, print copies for household use, and adapt the template to your household’s needs. Household members may use those copies for the same private purposes; they may not distribute them outside the household.

You may share your own completed records with a professional adviser or healthcare professional for individual advice. This does not authorise the recipient to reuse or distribute the underlying template.

3. Uses requiring separate permission

This licence does not permit you to sell, sublicense, publicly upload or distribute the product or a modified version of it. It does not permit inclusion in a template library, membership, course, client deliverable or competing product. Business, professional client and team use require a separate agreement.

These restrictions apply to our protected material, not to your own data, ideas or material that is not protected by law. Any rights that mandatory law gives you remain unaffected.

4. Ownership and your information

We retain the intellectual property rights we hold in the product. Your purchase grants use rights and does not transfer those rights to you. You retain your rights in information you enter and in your independently created content.

This licence does not grant us access to your completed records or authorise us to collect them. Any processing through support, third-party software or other services must be described separately in the applicable privacy information.

5. Product description, compatibility and updates

The agreed files, language, functionality and software requirements are those disclosed for the product before purchase. Any necessary third-party account, paid plan or software requirement must be disclosed there. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

A licence without a fixed expiry date does not itself promise permanent download hosting, ongoing personal support or every future feature version. This does not limit agreed support, statutory remedies or any updates and information required by applicable law.

6. Intended purpose

Our templates support personal organisation and record keeping. The Money Leak Audit is not personalised financial, tax or investment advice and does not promise savings. Ferment Studio is not a food-safety certification or a substitute for safe preparation practices. Baby’s First Foods is not medical advice, an allergy test or a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

These statements describe the intended scope of the products. They do not excuse inaccurate descriptions, defective products or duties imposed by law.

7. Consumer rights and liability

Your statutory rights concerning supply, conformity, defects, updates, withdrawal and other remedies remain unaffected. Liability is governed by applicable law. This licence does not impose a purchase-price liability cap or exclude liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct or negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.

8. Breach and ending the licence

If you materially breach this licence, we may seek a remedy and, where the legal requirements are met, terminate the licence. Where legally required, we will first give you an opportunity to remedy the breach. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to revoke a valid licence.

If the purchase is lawfully reversed or the licence validly terminated, you must stop using our licensed material and remove copies within your control, except to the extent retention is required or permitted by law. You may retain your own information separately. A price reduction alone does not end your licence.

9. Purchase arrangements and applicable law

The seller and purchase terms must be identified before you place the order. If a third-party reseller is the seller, its applicable purchase terms govern that sale; this licence governs the use rights granted by Good Disorder. It does not remove your rights against the seller or any rights against us.

German law governs this licence. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection available under the law that would apply without this choice. No exclusive court jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.

The version agreed at purchase applies to that purchase. Later website edits do not automatically amend an existing licence.
