FAQ

Questions, answered.

What we make, how it’s used, and what to expect before buying.

What does Good Disorder make?

Digital templates and tools for everyday tasks. Our first products focus on spending, fermentation and first foods.

Are your products subscriptions?

Purchasing is not open and payment models have not been announced. Check the individual product page before buying; do not assume that an app or service will use the same model as a downloadable template.

Who is behind Good Disorder?

Good Disorder is an independent studio by Alex & Miriam in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Can I buy the templates yet?

Not yet. We’re preparing the first products and will show the details on each product page when they’re ready.

Are these physical products?

No. The products presented here are digital. There is no physical shipping.

What will I need to use them?

Check the product page for the file format, language and any software you’ll need. These details will be confirmed before sales open. The language of this website does not establish the language of a product.

How will I receive my purchase?

The delivery route and timing will be described before sales begin. There is no active checkout or download service at present.

Can I share or resell a product?

The household licence covers private use by one purchaser and their household. It does not permit resale, public distribution, commercial client work or team use. Your own completed records can be shared for individual professional advice without granting reuse of the template.

Are the images product previews?

No. The images are editorial and concept illustrations, not screenshots of the digital templates or proof of particular features. Pictured physical objects are not included.

How can I ask a question?

Use the email link on our contact page, or write to gooddisorder@gmail.com.

Do you offer advice or guaranteed results?

The products are organisational tools. They do not replace professional financial, medical or nutritional advice and do not guarantee outcomes.
